Portugal facilita vistos para 'nômades digitais'


Termo é usado para quem trabalha remotamente em empresas estrangeiras. Lei portuguesa passa a permitir a estada temporária ou de residência para essa população. Para conseguir entrar no território português, essa população deve comprovar que recebe pelo menos quatro vezes o valor atual do salário-mínimo de Portugal, totalizando € 2.820, equivalente a R$ 14.496,21. Saiba quais são os direitos dos passageiros Além disso, é preciso ter documentação que comprove relações trabalhistas no país, são esses: promessa de contrato de trabalho; declaração de empregador a comprovar o vínculo laboral; nas situações de exercício de atividade profissional independente, um dos seguintes documentos: contrato de sociedade; contrato de prestação de serviços; proposta escrita de contrato de prestação de serviços; documento demonstrativo de serviços prestados a uma ou mais entidades; A atualização prevê a possibilidade de familiares do trabalhador também receberem o visto. A iniciativa se trata das “medidas de promoção do reagrupamento familiar”, diz a lei.
