2023, o ano dos 'feriadões': veja quais serão e se programe

Se forem incluídos os prováveis pontos facultativos nacionais, o número pula para nove. Vale lembrar que, enquanto os feriados nacionais são previstos em lei federal e valem para todo território nacional, os pontos facultativos só são válidos para os servidores públicos. Entretanto, municípios e estados podem determinar em lei que pontos facultativos nacionais, como Carnaval ou Corpus Christi, sejam feriados locais. O Dia da Consciência Negra, que é em 20 de novembro e no ano que vem cai numa segunda-feira, não entra na lista porque não é considerado feriado nem ponto facultativo nacional – ou seja, para ser considerado feriado depende de lei municipal ou estadual.
