Oktoberfest voltará após pausa na pandemia

Ele disse que o popular festival de cerveja na capital da Baviera será realizado sem restrições de pandemia de 17 de setembro a 3 de outubro (dia nacional da Alemanha). “Vai acontecer como conhecemos desde 2019, e não de outra forma”, acrescentou Baumgaertner. Cerca de 487 cervejarias, restaurantes, churrascarias de peixe e carne, vendedores de vinho e outros estarão presentes. A venda de cerveja vai das 9h até 21h30. Uma caneca de cerveja de um litro custará entre 12,60 e 13,80 euros (R$67,50 - R$74) este ano, o que representa um aumento de cerca de 15% em relação a 2019, de acordo com a página oficial da Oktoberfest. A festividade também deve contar com pratos típicos como o “prato de abate” (linguiça de sangue e fígado e barriga de porco); porco assado com pele crocante e bolinhos de pão; e chucrute e carne assada ou ragu de veado com massa caseira spaetzle.
