Clientes da Latam reclamam de dificuldades para remarcar passagens adiadas durante a pandemia


Companhia aérea informa que o prazo para remarcação gratuita termina nesta quinta-feira (30) e que muitas pessoas deixaram para fazer isso na última hora. As queixas se intensificaram nesta quinta-feira (30), último dia para fazer a remarcação gratuita, conforme as regras da companhia. O prazo é dado pela empresa a passageiros que tiveram voos cancelados, reprogramados ou que decidiram adiar uma viagem que aconteceria de 1º de março de 2020 e 29 de junho de 2021, e que optaram pela remarcação gratuita em vez do reembolso (veja detalhes ao fim da reportagem). Esses passageiros têm postado nas redes sociais da companhia que não conseguem ser atendidos ou completar o processo de remarcação mesmo após ficarem muito tempo ao telefone. E que os clientes deveriam escolher a opção 2 do menu para falar sobre esses casos. A empresa também respondeu a reclamações feitas no Twitter. Procurada pelo g1, a companhia informou que “o tempo de atendimento está alto porque muitas pessoas deixaram para fazer essa remarcação na última hora. Estamos nos esforçando ao máximo para atender a todos o mais breve possível”. Initial plugin text Initial plugin text As regras da Latam Para fazer uma remarcação sem custo na mesma cabine da viagem original, a Latam informa em seu site que, se a viagem começaria entre 1º de março de 2020 e 29 de junho de 2021, o prazo vai até esta quinta. E que ele é válido para todas as taxas adquiridas, mesmo que não permitiam remarcação. “A opção de remarcação sem custo adicional é válida apenas para voos operados pela LATAM Airlines Holding para a mesma cabine, destino e passageiro.” Se a viagem original começaria em 30 de junho de 2021, o cliente teria até 12 meses a partir da data do primeiro voo de sua passagem para remarcar. E se já tivesse iniciado a viagem, deveria realizar o retorno no prazo máximo de 12 meses a partir do primeiro voo.
