Restaurante e aplicativo de delivery fazem campanha beneficente

Nesta segunda-feira, o recém-inaugurado Jui Sentral, restaurante especializado em arroz frito, o Fried Rice, está promovendo almoço e jantar beneficente em prol do projeto Chef Aprendiz, que capacita jovens em situação de vulnerabilidade para trabalhar em cozinhas de restaurantes. Para garantir entregas seguras e pontuais, a plataforma LalaMove se juntou à campanha fazendo entregas de almoço e jantar com lucro revertido 100% ao projeto.

O menu completo, composto por entrada, prato principal e sobremesa, foi preparado por alunos do projeto sob a orientação do chef da casa, Tan Tjui-Tseng, exclusivamente nesta data, e vendido sob encomenda via whatsapp. Toda a renda arrecadada com a venda dos pratos será revertida para o Chef Aprendiz que, no momento, está tirando do papel o projeto de construção da sede própria.

Para o dia especial, o cardápio contou com o famoso ovo de gema mole com creme de missô crocante de amendoim; o Nasi Goreng – arroz levemente picante salteado com vegetais, frango, ovo, cebola frita e finalizado com peixinhos secos, típico de países como Malásia e Indonésia (também disponível em versão vegetariana, com cogumelo); e panacotta de limão e gengibre com crumble.

Projeto de desenvolvimento humano e inserção social que usa a gastronomia como a principal ferramenta para capacitar jovens em situação de vulnerabilidade social para conseguirem seu primeiro emprego em cozinhas de parceiros. Ao longo de quase seis meses, 20 jovens vivenciam aulas teóricas e práticas sobre gastronomia e autodesenvolvimento de modo a prepará-los para o mercado e para a vida. Uma competição final “a la Masterchef” encerra o processo e os jurados presentes oferecem vagas de empregos para os jovens que querem iniciar uma carreira como auxiliar de cozinha. O Chef Aprendiz já atua em seis comunidades (Paraisópolis, Campo Limpo, Glicério, Jd.
