Empresas de telefonia selam acordo de exclusividade para compra da Oi

Em fatos relevantes divulgados nesta sexta-feira (7), Telefônica Brasil, dona da Vivo, TIM e Claro confirmaram acordo de exclusividade com a Oi para negociar a aquisição da Oi Móvel. O acordo é válido até a próxima terça-feira (11).

Procurada, a Oi não se manifestou até a publicação desta reportagem. O acordo de exclusividade firmado dias antes pela Oi com a Highline do Brasil expirou no começo desta semana e não foi renovado, abrindo caminho para que o consórcio das teles assumisse a dianteira das negociações.

Mesmo perdendo essa vantagem, a oferta inicial da Highline teve caráter vinculante e continua valendo. Ou seja, a empresa ainda tem chance de ficar com os ativos da Oi, cuja venda se dará por meio de leilão, de acordo com o novo plano de recuperação judicial proposto pela operadora (que ainda está sujeito à aprovação pelos credores).

Segundo as companhias, o acordo visa garantir segurança e rapidez às negociações, e permitir que elas possam ser qualificadas como “stalking horse” (primeiro proponente) no processo de competição pela Oi Móvel, o que vai permitir a cobertura de outras propostas que eventualmente surgirem.
