O canal de YouTube da militante de extrema direita Sara Giromini saiu do ar na manhã desta terça-feira (18). Ao acessar o antigo endereço do canal, a seguinte mensagem é destacada: “Esta conta foi encerrada por violar os Termos de Serviço do YouTube (foto abaixo).”

As políticas de segurança do YouTube explicam que um canal pode ser derrubado ao descumprir as regras da comunidade por até três vezes. Em cada infração, o proprietário da conta é sinalizado com um strike. Com três strikes, o perfil do usuário infrator é removido da plataforma.

No último domingo (16), Sara Winter, como também é conhecida, divulgou por meio de vídeo no YouTube a identidade de uma menina capixaba de 10 anos que engravidou após estupro, junto com o endereço do hospital onde realizou a interrupção da gestação. O procedimento havia sido autorizado pela Justiça no dia anterior (15).

Segundo a BBC Brasil, Sara também pediu aos seguidores em canal do Telegram que não deixassem o diretor da unidade de saúde entrar no local. A polícia precisou ser acionada para controlar a situação.

Na manhã de segunda-feira (17), a Justiça do Espírito Santo determinou ao Facebook, Twitter e YouTube a retirada das publicações sobre a criança dos perfis mantidos pela militante. Houve entendimento de que Sara desrespeitou o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA) com a exposição de uma menor de idade vítima de violência.

Após a ordem, diversos conteúdos do tipo foram apagados. O Instagram, mantido pelo Facebook, removeu postagens nas quais a extremista falava sobre o estupro e o consequente aborto. A conduta de Sara pode ser considerada crime com base em diversos artigos do Código Penal e do ECA.

A militante também é investigada por outras infrações na investigação sobre fake news, quando chegou a ser presa pela Polícia Federal. Ao ser liberada do cárcere, ela cumpre medidas cautelares, como uso de tornozeleira eletrônica.
