Veja o passo a passo para solicitar o auxílio emergencial pelo celular

O governo federal pagará um auxílio emergencial de R$ 600 aos trabalhadores informais, microempreendedores individuais (MEI), autônomos e desempregados que foram afetados pela pandemia do novo coronavírus (covid-19). O valor será pago por três meses e um dos caminhos para solicitar o benefício é pelo aplicativo Caixa|Auxílio Emergencial.

O app foi desenvolvido pela Caixa Econômica Federal e está disponível para celulares com sistema operacional Android, do Google, e também para iOS, sistema operacional de aparelhos da Apple. Quem estiver usando celulares de qualquer marca, exceto iPhone, deve fazer a busca pelo aplicativo “Caixa|Auxílio Emergencial” na Play Store, clique aqui. É muito importante conferir se existe a indicação de ser um aplicativo da Caixa Econômica Federal.

Assim que o download for concluído, abra o aplicativo na área de trabalho do celular para começar o cadastro. O primeiro passo é clicar no botão laranja “realizar sua solicitação”. Em seguida, o aplicativo irá exibir uma série de condições que você precisa se enquadrar para ter direito ao auxílio emergencial. No final da tela, toque nos dois quadradinhos brancos para declarar que leu as condições e autorizar o acesso aos dados pessoais. Em seguida, toque no botão laranja “atendo às condições, quero continuar”.

O próximo passo é preencher um cadastro com nome completo, CPF, data de nascimento e nome da mãe. Depois marque o quadradinho ao lado da frase “não sou um robô” e clique no botão continuar

Depois clique no botão laranja “continuar”. Será necessário também informar o número de celular para o envio de um código de verificação. Inclua o número da linha e a operadora e toque no botão “continuar”. 

A tela seguinte será para incluir os dados de todos os membros da família que possuem CPF e moram com você

Por último, indique como você gostaria de receber o auxílio emergencial: em uma conta existente ou abrir uma conta na caixa. Inclua as informações bancárias necessárias ou preencha o cadastro para concluir a solicitação

Use o mesmo aplicativo para acompanhar a solicitação do pedido do auxílio emergencial.  Em caso de dúvidas, entre em contato com a central telefônica 111
